Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups pink lemonade chilled
  • 2 cups pineapple juice chilled
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda chilled
  • 1 cup whipped cream optional
  • pink marshmallow bunnies or Peeps for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher, combine chilled pink lemonade and pineapple juice. Stir gently.
  • Add vanilla ice cream and stir softly to blend without melting it completely.
  • Pour in the lemon-lime soda and give a light stir to incorporate the fizz.
  • Serve immediately in glasses. Top with whipped cream if desired.
  • Garnish each glass with a pink marshmallow bunny or Peeps before serving.

Notes

For an extra chill, freeze your serving glasses ahead of time. You can also prep the pink lemonade and pineapple juice mixture in advance and add the ice cream and soda just before serving. Perfect for Easter brunches, baby showers, or any spring get-together!
